Dr. Felix Nana Abaka Sackey

Group Chairman

Dr. Sackey brings a distinguished career spanning over three decades in financial management, audit, and business advisory. He served as Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte & Touche Ghana for 27 years, leading engagements in financial statement audit, fraud investigation, dispute resolution, financial accounting advisory, IFRS implementation, and climate change and sustainability services. Since February 2017, Dr. Sackey has served as CEO of the Takoradi Harbour Expansion Project (IBISTEK), a private-sector-led consortium engaged with the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority.

Dr. Sackey is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG), a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK), and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana (CIT). He has worked extensively across three continents — including Ghana, the United Kingdom, the United States, South Africa, and multiple Sub-Saharan African nations — and brings deep expertise in capital market transactions, financial due diligence, and valuation services.

Mr. Kwame Takyi-Mensah

Director, Real Assets & Strategic Investments

Mr. Takyi-Mensah is a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) and a seasoned business executive with over two decades of experience in real estate, asset valuation, and strategic investment across multiple sectors. He is the Chief Executive of TMK Services Limited, a leading real estate and construction consultancy, and a Director of Value City Company Limited.

During his distinguished career as a valuer and appraiser, Mr. Takyi-Mensah has provided asset valuation services to some of Ghana's most prominent institutions, including the Bank of Ghana, Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays Bank of Ghana, Unilever Ghana, GOIL, Vodafone Ghana, and the State Insurance Company (SIC). He has facilitated several major public-private partnership transactions, including the supply of 120 fire-fighting trucks to the Ghana National Fire Service and the turn-key development of nine hospitals for the Government of Ghana. He is also a founding Director of Ghana's only licensed Hallmark Gold Refinery.

Mr. Frank F. Diugu

CEO, CrudEnergy LLC

Mr. Diugu is an accomplished oil and gas engineer and business professional with over 30 years of progressive experience across West African and international energy markets. He has held senior operational and commercial roles spanning petroleum operations, banking, and marketing, combining technical depth with business acumen to deliver consistently precise outcomes across multifaceted industry functions.

Mr. Obinna James Ogbu

President, CrudEnergy LLC

Mr. Ogbu is a globally recognised energy executive with over 30 years of experience in oil and gas, encompassing upstream operations, investment banking (World Bank, Washington D.C.), LNG, large-scale project development, and corporate strategy. He is known for operational rigour, successful execution of large mergers and acquisitions, and a pragmatic approach to the energy transition. Mr. Ogbu is a transformational leader with a disciplined focus on capital allocation and large-project delivery.

Mr. Ernest Stanley Blankson

Director, Operations (Africa), CrudEnergy LLC

Mr. Blankson brings over 15 years of experience across oil and gas, commodities trading, mining, agriculture, agrochemicals, and construction. As the lead executive overseeing CrudEnergy's integrated supply, trading, and shipping operations across Africa, he combines deep commercial trading expertise with strategic leadership across physical and financial trading in crude oil, refined products, LNG, and derivatives.

Notably, in 2019, Mr. Blankson successfully negotiated and secured a five-year contract between CrudEnergy LLC and the United States Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), acting on behalf of the Department of Defense (DOD), for the supply of EN 590 ultra-low sulphur diesel to the US military base in Agadez, Niger Republic — a landmark achievement demonstrating CrudEnergy's operational credibility and capacity to meet exacting international supply standards.

Our Team

Michaeline Archison Danso is the Accounts Officer at BS Holdings, where she supports the organization’s financial management function through the application of sound accounting principles, effective financial reporting, and efficient administrative coordination. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and brings practical experience spanning internal audit and financial operations. Prior to her current role, she gained experience in Internal Audit at the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, where she developed a strong foundation in audit procedures, compliance review, and financial controls. She currently contributes to BS Holdings’ accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness in financial processes. Within her role, Michaeline is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring transactions, supporting statutory and management reporting, and ensuring adherence to internal financial controls. She plays a key role in strengthening financial discipline and supporting informed decision-making within the organization. She is recognized for her professionalism, diligence, and strong attention to detail. Her ability to operate effectively in structured and fast-paced environments, combined with a solution-oriented mindset, positions her as a dependable member of the finance team. Michaeline is committed to continuous professional development and excellence in financial management, contributing to the long-term operational efficiency and strategic objectives of BS Holdings.

MICHAELINE ARCHISON DANSO

Accounts Officer, BS HOLDINGS

Priscilla Adwoa Anning Botwe is a results-driven professional with over six years of experience spanning marketing, business development, corporate operations, transport logistics, and executive support within the oil & gas, power, and utilities sectors. She previously served as a Business Developer at Bureau Veritas, where she spent four years driving business growth, managing client portfolios, and cultivating strategic relationships across the upstream and midstream oil & gas industries. In this role, she contributed to business expansion initiatives, supported complex commercial engagements, and strengthened industry partnerships. Currently, Priscilla serves as Transport Manager at SEB Energy, a subsidiary of BS Holdings, where she oversees fleet management, logistics coordination, and transport maintenance operations to ensure efficiency and operational reliability. In addition, she serves as Executive Assistant to the Group CEO of BS Holdings, providing high-level strategic and administrative support. Her responsibilities include executive scheduling, meeting coordination, stakeholder engagement, appointment management, and travel planning. Priscilla is recognized for her professionalism, leadership, and strong organizational capabilities. She is passionate about operational excellence, stakeholder management, and driving sustainable business growth through innovation, collaboration, and strategic execution.
